FAQ

Our journal aims to maintain an efficient and transparent publication process. The typical timeframe for peer review is approximately four (4) weeks from the date of submission. Following acceptance, the publication process generally takes an additional four (4) weeks, including copyediting, typesetting, and final proofing.

Please note that timelines may vary slightly depending on reviewer availability and the complexity of the manuscript.

To ensure your manuscript meets our requirements and to avoid desk rejection, please carefully follow the APA (American Psychological Association) guidelines for formatting and referencing. This includes structure, in-text citations, reference lists, headings, tables, and figures. Detailed instructions for authors, including our specific adaptations of APA style, can be found on our journal’s submission page.

Authors are welcome to recommend or request the exclusion of specific reviewers during submission; however, any request to exclude a reviewer must be supported by a legitimate reason (e.g., clear conflicts of interest or prior collaborations that could bias the review). We carefully consider these requests to ensure the integrity and fairness of the peer-review process, but final selection of reviewers remains at the discretion of the editorial team.

When revising your manuscript in response to reviewers’ comments, please address each point thoroughly and respectfully. It is helpful to provide a detailed response letter that clearly explains how you have incorporated the suggested changes or, if you disagree with a comment, to justify your position with appropriate reasoning or evidence. Additionally, please submit your revised manuscript using the “Track Changes” feature in Microsoft Word to highlight all modifications made. This facilitates the review process by allowing editors and reviewers to easily identify updates.

Our journal welcomes the submission of supplementary materials, such as additional data sets, detailed methodological descriptions, multimedia files, or extended tables and figures that support the main manuscript. Please ensure that these materials are clearly labeled and referenced within the main text. Supplementary files should be submitted separately during the submission process in formats compatible with our system (e.g., PDF, Excel, or video files).

We also encourage data sharing to promote transparency and reproducibility. If your study involves datasets, please provide information about how and where the data can be accessed, in line with ethical and privacy considerations.

In accordance with APA guidelines and our journal’s ethical standards, all submitted manuscripts must adhere to strict policies regarding plagiarism and ethical approval. Authors are expected to ensure their work is original and properly cite all sources to avoid plagiarism. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

Additionally, if your research involves human participants, animals, or sensitive data, you must provide documentation of ethical approval from an appropriate institutional review board or ethics committee. This information should be clearly stated in the Methods section of your manuscript.

Please consult the APA Publication Manual and our journal’s ethical guidelines for detailed requirements.

You will be formally notified of the editorial decision on your manuscript via email once the peer-review process and editorial evaluation are complete. Decisions typically fall into categories such as acceptance, minor or major revision, or rejection. If your manuscript is rejected and you believe there are grounds to contest the decision (for example, a clear factual error or misunderstanding in the review), you may submit a written appeal explaining your reasons. The editorial team will carefully review any appeals under our journal’s policies to ensure fairness and transparency.
